Hi there, i bought a cheese cutter from your company, but i think i have spotted a fault in the product.. In order to cut the cheese you need to tighten the wire and keep tightning and keep tightning until the wire becomes so stretched it won’t work any more, you gave 3 wires with this product but after only useing it 6 times i now have run out of wire, this has been uised in a domestic situation, even though i am a chef, i think this needs looking into. the product was bought as a present from Fenwicks Canterbury Xmas 2011. can you help my problem, just can’t believe this is the only problem letter….. I am sorry to hear that you had a problem with our cheese cutter. We do supply replacement wires so if you would like some more please do not hesitate to contact customer services on 01275 841841, they will be more than happy to help.
